It is our pleasure to announce that Ambition and HaTCH powered by Ambition have been ranked #1 in our business size category for promoting LGBT+ inclusion! This ranking is based on the rigorous evaluation by the not-for-profit, Community Business (CB), who is dedicated to leading businesses to have a positive impact in the community.
To join the CB 2019 Hong Kong LGBT+ Inclusion Index, we had to demonstrate our commitment to promoting LGBT+ inclusion in Hong Kong by proving 2 years’ worth of involvement, advocacy, and support for the LGBT+ community by our Hong Kong team members. T
To be recognised among so many high-profile organisations in Hong Kong was a fantastic surprise and a great honour. We are extremely humbled and commit to continue pushing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives both internally within our business and externally within the wider communities, we operate in to ensure we eliminate discrimination and welcome diversity in the workplace. This is also our second time being featured in the prestigious index. In 2017, we became the first and only recruitment firm in the world to be included in any LGBT+ inclusion index. Therefore, we hope more companies in Hong Kong will continue to strive to build a more inclusive workplace culture.
