Reflecting on the significance of this anniversary, Fiona Mak, Senior Managing Director of Ambition Hong Kong, shared:

Fiona, who brings over two decades of experience in the recruitment industry across Asia, has been instrumental in strengthening Ambition Hong Kong’s reputation for specialist expertise and dependable partnerships.

A key part of Ambition’s growth is AmbTech, the firm’s technology solutions division launched in 2019 under Fiona’s leadership. Built from the ground up, AmbTech provides Managed Services and Staff Augmentation solutions to support digital, data, and enterprise transformation across Hong Kong’s fast-changing technology ecosystem.
Ambition is also one of the earliest recruitment partners of Hong Kong Talent Engage, supporting talent inflow into the city. The firm collaborates closely with major universities across Hong Kong, offering career talks, attending employer fairs, and connecting fresh graduates with employment opportunities.
