I graduated in 2016 and have since built close to 10 years of specialised recruitment experience within the finance and accounting sector. Throughout my career, I have partnered with start-ups, SMEs, listed companies, multinational corporations, and large conglomerates, supporting hires from junior talent through to C-suite executives. My journey has always been driven by a genuine interest in people and the impact that strong talent can create within a business. Over the years, I've developed deep expertise across the full accounting and finance spectrum. What keeps me passionate about recruitment is the opportunity to build trust, understand people's motivations, and support meaningful career decisions. Industries: I partner with organisations across the full commercial landscape, covering a wide range of sectors; this includes commercial and retail - FMCG, lifestyle and fashion retail, luxury goods, e-commerce and omni-channel, food and beverage; industrial and manufacturing - manufacturing and industrial production, electronics and components, automotive and engineering, chemicals and materials; healthcare and life sciences - pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare services, biotechnology; property and infrastructure - real estate developers, property management, construction and engineering, facilities management; technology and digital - software, software as a service (SaaS), hardware, IT services and solutions, digital platforms; logistics and supply chain - 3PL (Third-party Logistics), freight and transportation, warehousing and distribution; energy and natural resources - utilities, oil and gas, environmental and sustainability-related services; as well as other commercial sectors including hospitality, entertainment, education, and diversified conglomerates.

Job Functions & Seniority Levels: My recruitment coverage spans the full finance and accounting function, including core finance roles such as financial accounting, management accounting, FP&A, cost accounting, GL, AP/AR; controlling and governance functions such as financial controlling, business controlling, internal control (SOX, J-SOX, group controls), internal audit, enterprise risk management, corporate governance; and specialised finance areas including taxation (corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing), treasury (cash, FX, liquidity), group and regional reporting (HKFRS, IFRS, US GAAP), finance transformation, shared services/GBS, and finance systems or ERP/BI project roles. I also recruit across leadership positions - finance managers, accounting manager, FP&A manager, tax manager, treasury manager, senior finance manager, financial controller, regional controller, head of finance, finance director, senior finance director, CFO/Group CFO; as well as junior to mid-level talent including assistant accountant, accountant, senior accountant, and FP&A/business/finance analysts.

Outside of Ambition

Outside of work, I'm passionate about music and love playing the guitar. Music has always felt like a universal language to me, something that connects people and brings out creativity. My favourite guitarist is John Mayer, whose style and storytelling continue to inspire how I play and appreciate music.
