Finance Manager

We are supporting a well‑established NGO in hiring a Finance Manager to oversee its full‑spectrum finance operations. Leading a team of five, this role will manage budgeting, financial governance, reporting, and compliance within a dynamic and multinational environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of five to deliver high‑quality finance operations and reporting
  • Oversee full sets of accounts, month‑end closing, and financial analysis
  • Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning processes
  • Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory and donor requirements
  • Coordinate audits, statutory filings, and external reporting to stakeholders
  • Partner with programme and cross‑functional teams to support financial planning and project monitoring
  • Drive process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and financial transparency across the organisation

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA) preferred
  • Minimum 6-8 years of finance experience, ideally with exposure to NGOs, non‑profits, or social‑impact‑driven organisations
  • Proven experience leading and developing small finance teams
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, audit, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in accounting systems and advanced Excel
  • Strong communication skills with experience working in multinational or cross‑cultural environments
  • Hands‑on, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
