Windows System Engineer ($45-55k - ibank)

My client is a top-tier financial institution in Hong Kong with expanding business.



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for incident management such as impact assessments, troubleshooting, remediation and prevention
• Collaborate with the IT teams on IT solution configuration and review
• Handle hotline support and provide 24*7 service by shift
• Execute and maintain the drill test of BCP
• Monitor and respond to system alerts and incidents
• Ensure timely response to security incidents, root cause analysis, and closure of incidents
• System and Security maintenance of Windows servers and network infrastructures
• Automation of server operations such as OS patching and hardening
• Engage with software development teams for feature requirements and testing.

Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related disciplines.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in Windows platform engineering and administration
• Proficient in Powershell for scripting languages and system automations
• Experience with enterprise products such as Windows Server and System Center (SCCM, SCOM)
• Prior experience in banking industry would be desired
• Good command in English and Chinese is necessary
