My journey in the recruitment industry began right after my graduation. I first started my career as a recruiter for a professional services firm, and later for a technology consulting firm.

Whenever I succeed in helping my clients and candidates, I always get a sense of accomplishment. I believe recruitment can be mutually beneficial for both sides, where companies can choose the best talent there is in the market, while candidates have the option to choose the best company for themselves.
