Web3 Marketer

Our client is a leading marketing consultancy and they are looking for a Web 3 marketer to join their growing team in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, community growth, and brand awareness in the decentralized world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to Web3 audiences (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.)
• Build and nurture a vibrant community of users, developers, and partners
• Collaborate with content and design teams to craft compelling narratives and go-to-market strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth using data and insights
• Identify and engage with key influencers, DAOs, and ecosystem partners

Requirement:

• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience in Web3, fintech, or blockchain, etc.
• Proven track record of growing communities and launching successful campaigns
• Deep understanding of Web3 culture, memes, and trends
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools
• Strong communication skills and a flair for storytelling
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
