VP, Lead IT Business Analyst (Loan/Deposit)

My client is a non-Chinese regional bank with leading concrete business in Asian region. They are revamping the core banking systems - loan/deposit.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Lead Business Analyst in defining the strategic roadmap for and achieving the implementation of core-banking system revamp
• Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to define and document and gather functional requirements across multiple functional areas
• Translate business requirements into IT deliverables
• Coordinate functional design and specification working group sessions as needed to achieve project goals
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure final systems solutions align to business requirements
• Oversee system integration and User Acceptance Testing for software releases

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science, Business Administration or relevant
• 8+ years of experience as a IT Business Analyst, with domain knowledge in core banking systems (loan/deposit)
• Prior experience in banking industry / Big 4 consulting background serving FS is a must
• Knowledge of interface protocols and standards commonly used in the banking industry
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as AVP
