Technical Project Manager - Trading Systems (50-65k)

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a technical project team of highly skilled developers, BAs, and QAs
  • Work in Derivatives Trading team to support Derivatives Trading platform design and implementation
  • Collaborate with IT units and business units to snalyze the technical and operational system requirements, identify improvements opportunities and propose the new requirements
  • Assess technological risk and drive actions for mitigation
  • Provide on-going support and maintenance of trading systems to ensure service stability and availability
  • Perform vendor management while hands on with small development/ customization tasks

Requirement:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Background in financial services with IT experience with low-latency trading system is a must
  • Extensive knowledge on trading platform, market practices and / or derivatives is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in trading system development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English is preferred
