System Engineer - SWIFT ($40-50k)

This is leading financial institution. It is looking for a System Engineer professional to support the SWIFT operations at L1 and L2.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SWIFT systems, addressing technical issues related to messaging, connectivity, and system performance.
Monitor and maintain SWIFT infrastructure to ensure uptime, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to Level 3 support when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Document support processes, create user guides, and maintain knowledge base articles.
Assist in training users on SWIFT system functionalities and best practices.
Participate in on-call support rotation to address system alerts and incident management.

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in system support, with a focus on SWIFT systems.
Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging and financial transaction processing.
Experience with network protocols and security standards relevant to SWIFT operations.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a financial services environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsin both Chinese and English
