Supply Chain Manager - Global Exposure | MNC

Our client is a fast-growing multinational trading company with global footprint. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to manage their day-to-day supply chain planning and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Supply Chain Management - Oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to final delivery. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Data Analytics & Process Optimization - Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor KPIs, forecast demand, and identify trends. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data insights to enhance operational performance.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Risk Management & Compliance - Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to global trade compliance standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management within an international trading or manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar).
• Excellent knowledge of global logistics, procurement processes, and inventory management systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
