Senior Supply Chain Specialist - MNC

My client is well known consumer brand, and they are looking to enhance their planning function. They are now in search of a Senior Supply Chain Specialist.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor international material requirement planning (MRP) reports and ensure timely updates on purchase orders.
• Ensure order of both essential material and supplementary material and customer order
• Collaborate with suppliers to supply / production capacities with demand plans
• Organize international deliveries from supplier, coordinating with freight forwarders and distribution center
• Manage internal stock transfers and ensure stock availability during product transitions or special promotions
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to support product launches, promotions, and phase-in/phase-out cycles
• Work with the Quality team to resolve product issues and uphold supply standards
• Review and approve supplier and freight invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the key user for SAP MM, maintaining accurate material master data and supporting continuous system improvements

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of supply planning, material planning or production planning experience
• Regional planning experience gained from multinational companies would be an advantage
• Strong experience working with suppliers / manufacturers
• Independent, problem solving mentality, and detail minded
• Good team player with strong communication skills.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
