As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will be a core member of the marketing team, responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and measurable business growth. You will play a hands on role in campaign development, digital marketing execution, product storytelling, and end to end project management in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage creative content production, including photoshoots, videos, and other brand assets.
  • Execute paid and organic digital marketing strategies across social media, Google, and e commerce platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion, retention, and ROI.
  • Oversee social content calendars, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Support planning and execution of new product launches, including market research, product storytelling, and launch promotions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market trend tracking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Enhance e commerce presence and work with sales teams to optimize listings and customer journeys.
  • Support CRM initiatives such as email marketing, loyalty programs, and customer engagement flows.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including R&D, sales, operations, and external agencies.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • A minimum 3 years of marketing experience preferably from healthcare, FMCG, beauty, or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
