We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance for a leading education institution in Hong Kong. This is a strategic role that ensures our programs meet the highest academic standards and deliver exceptional learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Leadership: Design, review, and enhance academic programs to align with institutional goals and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust QA frameworks to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with faculty, academic committees, and external partners to maintain relevance and excellence in curriculum offerings.
• Innovation: Drive adoption of best practices in pedagogy, assessment, and technology-enhanced learning.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of curriculum specialists and QA professionals.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in curriculum development and academic quality assurance, preferably in higher education or professional training.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
