Senior Manager, Corporate Communications

Our client is a well-established company in Hong Kong and they are seeking an experienced corporate communications and brand professional to elevate their brand presence and communication strategies.

As the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing the company's communication and branding strategies. You will enhance the organization's reputation, drive engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication and branding strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
• Lead brand management efforts, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
• Foster strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and the community to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to inform communication strategies and branding initiatives.
• Manage crisis communication and develop strategies to mitigate reputational risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in branding and communication efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, or public relations, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in crafting and executing corporate communication plans and branding strategies that enhance organizational reputation.
• Knowledge of media relations best practices, including press release writing and media outreach.
• Ability to leverage digital platforms and tools for effective corporate communication and marketing campaigns.
• Experienced in stakeholders management and team development.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
