Senior IT Manager - ERP | Manufacturing (70 - 90k)

About the Role

As the IT Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's technology roadmap as it enters its next phase of growth. This is a high impact leadership position responsible for:

• Leading the end to end selection, planning, and implementation of a new ERP system to support group wide operations (manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales).
• Developing a robust IT strategy that aligns technology initiatives with business expansion plans.
• Overseeing and mentoring the IT team, ensuring high performance and capability development.
• Driving IT governance, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure enhancement, and system reliability.
• Partnering closely with cross functional stakeholders across the region to identify process improvements and digital opportunities.
• Ensuring all technology solutions meet regulatory, operational, and business requirements across regional offices.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline;
• 8-12+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-related environments.
• Proven successful track record in implementation large scape ERP such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics in multiple markets is required.
• Prior work experience in a regional role with a multinational organization is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes, especially in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and finance.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
