Senior FP&A Manager - International Exposure | Manufacturing
Job description
Our client is an international manufacturing company with a stable and steadily growing business. To support their various business initiatives, they are now inviting a Senior FP&A Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles across multiple business units and international markets.
- Perform regular business analysis, develop insights to support long term strategic planning and business decision.
- Analyze manufacturing cost structures, operational KPIs, and variance drivers to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals and business priorities.
- Develop and present clear, data-driven financial narratives to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to enhance business agility.
- Support M&A evaluations, investment appraisals, and capital expenditure planning with robust financial modeling.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and industry benchmarks to inform strategic planning and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate governance policies.
Job Requirement
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or a relevant discipline is required. Overseas education will be a definite advantage.
- Qualified accountant with big 4 audit firm training.
- Minimum 12 years' relevant work experience with prior exposure to manufacturing or industrial sectors/
- Proven track record in regional or global FP&A roles, managing multi-country financial planning and analysis. Deep knowledge of cost accounting and operations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and commercial impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced planning and analytic tools.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with shifting priorities and complex stakeholder needs.
- Highly motivated and a strong passion in driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
