(Senior) ERP Specialist - NetSuite

Job description

Our client is a multinational company with an established client portfolio across APAC. To cope with their rapid expansion plan, they are now inviting a capable individual to join their team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the existing ERP system - Oracle NetSuite. Being the representative of APAC region, you will work closely with the IT team in Head office for implementing, configuration and maintaining different modules of the system. Working closely with different functional units, you will ensure alignment of various workflow and business process for system integration. You will conduct regular training with users in the region to ensure optimal usage of the system and resolve any issues that they encounter.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Technical background with solid knowledge in Oracle NetSuite is a must.
  • Strong business acumen with good understanding on operation, business process and workflow.
  • Team player and independent problem solver.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with both local and overseas stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
