Senior End-User Computing Engineer - $70-85k

The company is a leading financial services group in Hong Kong with strong business.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement VDI solutions and virtualization technologies to support diverse user needs.
• Manage and optimize virtual environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of digital workplace solutions.
• Manage and optimize workplace technologies to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in digital workplace environments, implementing improvements as needed.
• Provide technical support and training for end-users on workplace tools and technologies.
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices in digital workplace solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in infrastructure service delivery / end-user computing services / VDI solutions
• Experience with virtualization technologies and digital workplace solutions.
• Strong knowledge of desktop and application virtualization solutions, eg Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp/NetScaler, etc
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for enhancing efficiency.
• Familiarity with endpoint management and cloud services.
• Experience in IT Service Management / IT Operations Manager process
• Good commands in Chinese (Cantonese speaking) and English is a must
