(Senior) Database Administrator - Oracle DBA

It is a listed financial institution with strong business across APAC and Hong Kong. A good opportunity to jump in financial industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform database administration and support services in server platform
Collborate with critical services team to maintain smooth operations of critical systems
Provide support and implementation work to critical services teams
Set up, migrate, analyze and maintain database and its performance
Provide support to database system, eg troubleshoot, installation, upgrade, patching and configuration
Perform regular system compliance review for regulatory standard
Manage vendor to ensure quality delivery and implementation to meet SLA

Requirements:

Degree holder in Computer science, Computer engineering, information technology or relevant discipline
10+ years of working experience in managing and supporting Oracle / IBM DB2 databases
Candidates from both financial/commercial sectors will be considered, but Oracle DB experience is a must
Proactive attitude and independent
Good command of Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English is necessary
Candidates with less experience will be considered at Manager grade
