Senior Business Analyst - Trade Compliance ($60-75k + bonus)

A leading investment firm is now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join trade compliance team.

This role will be sitting at business team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data reporting related to investment trading to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead workflow automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Serve as the system owner, managing various technology systems and ensuring they meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct data reporting related to investment trading to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including trade compliance reporting.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes and ensure they meet business requirements before deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance or relevant
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial industry, or from Big 4 with compliance background
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services background, ideally with brief knowledge in compliance technology
• Qualified/certified in PMP, FRM, CFA, CCEP or relevant
• Familiarity with compliance and investment trading processes.
• Strong data reporting skills, with experience in relevant tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in Python is highly desirable for automation and data analysis tasks.
• Fluency in both Cantonese and English is required for effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
