Sales Manager - HORECA

Job description

Our client is a well known FMCG brand company, they are now inviting a Sales Manager to lead all the HORECA sales team in Hong Kong.

As the Sales Manager, you will be the key driver of the company's business in Hong Kong. You will build strong relationships with hospitality professionals, F&B directors, major restaruant chains and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the Hong Kong HORECA market
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with potential customers such as hotel group and restaurant chains.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
  • Led and coach a small sales team to support them to achieve individual and team sales target.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights

Requirement:

  • A minimal 10 years of sales experience in food and beverage industry in Hong Kong.
  • A strong network and deep understanding of the Hong Kong's HORECA industry
  • Prior team management experience is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for food, sustainability, and innovation
  • Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage
