Our client is an international consumer brand and they are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join their regional team and drive business growth in the APAC region.
Job Responsibility
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for several APAC markets.
- You will drive business development activities to increase revenue, market share and hitting sales targets for the designated product categories.
- You will maintain a strong relationship with existing key accounts and work closely with distribution partners on sales planning and marketing support.
- You will stay updated with the latest market development and uncover new business opportunities in the market.
- You will report to senior management regularly on sales performance, market trends and competitor landscape.
Requirement
- Degree holder in business, marketing or related disciplines.
- 6-8 years of work experience in sales and business development multinational consumer brand/ FMCG companies.
- Prior regional markets exposure and experience working with cross-location team is required.
- Skilled in developing strong client relationship with a proven track record of success in achieving sales target.
- Strong numerical sense and analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data, pricing trends and customer insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in one of the Asian languages (e.g. Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, etc.) would be a plus.
