Regional Finance Manager

We are partnering with a top-tier, global lifestyle MNC to hire a Regional Finance Manager for their growing APAC team. This high-visibility role is designed for a technically sound finance professional to oversee regional accounting operations, driving financial accuracy and ensuring robust internal controls across multiple international markets within the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional accounting operations and month-end closing processes for multiple APAC entities.
• Review consolidated regional financial reports and management packs to provide clear business insights.
• Maintain strict adherence to international accounting standards and internal corporate governance policies.
• Oversee complex intercompany transactions and reconciliations across diverse regional jurisdictions.
• Act as a key finance partner to regional stakeholders, providing guidance on technical accounting matters.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the regional finance function.

Requirements

• Qualified HKICPA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting designation.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within a regional commercial or retail MNC environment.
• Proven track record in handling APAC regional reporting, US GAAP, multi-entity controllership.
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese for regional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
• High level of resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
