Regional Business Analyst - Finance System | 50k+

Our client is a famous brand and they are looking for an experienced Regional Business Analyst with deep expertise in finance systems,

The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between Finance and Technology teams-leading process improvement initiatives, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring our ERP platform scales with the business.

Key Responsibilities

System Enhancement & Support

  • Act as the functional expert for Dynamics AX / D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Project Accounting).
  • Lead requirement gathering, functional design, gap analysis, and system configuration.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT to implement enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support to finance users.

Business Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand process needs and translate them into system solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting.
  • Lead UAT planning, script development, training, and documentation.

Project Management

  • Drive end-to-end system-related projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Support ERP rollouts, module implementations, and cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to align standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst focused on finance systems.
  • Proven experience with Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 (Finance modules).
  • Strong understanding of finance processes: GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, Cash Management, and month-end closing.
  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, workflow setup, and finance master data management.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms, APIs, and data mapping.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full proficiency in English is required.
