This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to join a dynamic, fast paced and ever changing industry. In this role, you will achieve commercial targets by delivering quality recruitment service to both clients and candidates. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidates sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting and offer management. You will develop long term relationships with clients and uncover new business opportunities. You will keep abreast of the latest market trends and offer insights to candidates in their job searching process.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 2-3 years of work experience in the commercial field.
  • Prior work experience in a sales/ business development related role is highly preferred.
  • Result-oriented mentality and strong business acumen is essential to excel in this role.
  • You should be a passionate individual who is willing to learn and able to perform consistently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Candidate with prior experience in recruitment will be considered for more senior position (Senior Consultant/ Principle Consultant).
