Product Manager - Logistics & E-Commerce Solutions

Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager for a logistic solution client. The incumbent will drive the design, development, and optimization of their logistics products and play an important role in driving their business growth in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for logistics solutions tailored to e-commerce businesses.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, and marketing) to deliver innovative products.
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements to ensure product-market fit.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive product success and scalability.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in logistics and e-commerce.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistic or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in product management within logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record in product development and delivering successful products, with knowledge in e-commerce is required.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, fulfillment processes, and last-mile delivery.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
