Marketing & Publishing Lead - Gaming Industry

Job Responsibilities

As a Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the publishing, marketing and distribution of gaming product portfolio of the company. Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for game releases, game product distribution plans, operational implementation strategies, and product growth initiatives.
  • Plan and execute online and offline activities for console games, from designing event themes to overseeing implementation. You will ensure the crafting of compelling messages and campaigns to create an engaging player experiences, leveraging key influencers, communities and various social media platforms.
  • Drive user acquisition campaigns across different digital channels, monitor performance metrics and campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies if needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development, launches, and version upgrades.
  • Keep track of the latest market trends and competitive market information for developing insights for product enhancement.


  • A minimal of 5 years of relevant marketing work experience in the gaming industry.
  • Prior console games management and publishing experience is required.
  • Proven track record in managing successful game launches.
  • Strong understanding of the global gaming market and players trends.
  • Genuine interest and passion in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent teamwork and project management skills.
  • Fast paced and able to work in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
