Internal Audit Manager

We are partnering with a reputable Hong Kong-listed company to recruit an Internal Audit Manager to support its growing audit function. The role manages audit assignments, strengthens internal controls, and works closely with business units to drive operational improvements and enhance governance and risk management across the Group.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage internal audit engagements focusing on operational efficiency, governance, and internal controls.
  • Work closely with management teams to deliver actionable recommendations that improve business processes and risk management.
  • Provide practical insights and collaborate with business units to develop and implement effective action plans.
  • Oversee planning, fieldwork, and reporting of audit assignments, ensuring consistency with professional standards.
  • Apply analytical thinking to identify improvement opportunities and enhance audit effectiveness.
  • Handle special reviews and ad-hoc assignments as requested by senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Professional qualifications such as CIA, CPA, or related credentials are preferred.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in external and/or internal audit; broad industry exposure is advantageous.
  • Strong expertise in operational audits and process improvement; exposure to property, hospitality, or F&B sectors is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to provide value-added recommendations.
  • Confident, independent, and equipped with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
