Our client is a fast growing international consumer goods trading company. They are seeking an experienced Regional Logistics Manager to lead their end to end logistics operations across APAC.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the APAC logistics operations, ensuring efficient, cost‑effective, and timely movement of goods across multiple markets.
- Oversee importation and customs clearance processes for different APAC markets, ensuring full compliance with regional trade regulations and timely cargo release.
- Manage 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operations to drive service excellence and continuous process improvement.
- Develop and execute regional logistics strategies, including transport optimisation, warehouse planning, inventory flow, and network efficiency.
- Partner closely with global and regional stakeholders in sales, supply chain, procurement, and finance to support commercial and market‑expansion priorities.
- Ensure adherence to local customs policies, trade documentation requirements, HS code classifications, and import/export standards across all operating markets.
- Monitor and analyse logistics KPIs, forecast logistics costs, and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
- Lead and mentor regional logistics teams to deliver operational excellence and scalable processes.
Job Requirement
- 8-12+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, ideally within consumer goods, trading, FMCG industry.
- Proven regional exposure within APAC and experience navigating multi market logistics complexity, gained from multinational company.
- Strong understanding of 3PL management, cross border logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated ability manage stakeholders, and deliver operational excellence.
- Highly analytical mindset with hands-on problem solving capabilities.
- Hands-on, detailed oriented and able to perform in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin is required.
