Logistic Assistant - Warehouse Based Role | 22k

Our client is a multinational trading company that connects businesses worldwide with high-quality raw materials. They are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated logistic assistant to join their team.

As a Logistics Assistant, you will be an integral part of the warehouse team, helping to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and support day-to-day logistics operations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining order, efficiency, and accuracy within their supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and warehouse organization
• Prepare shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation
• Coordinate logistics processes to ensure timely deliveries
• Support warehouse operations with receiving and dispatching goods
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with logistics procedures
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency

Requirement

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Good computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent teamwork abilities
• Flexible and open to work in a warehouse environment.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is required.
