Linux Administrator - ibank ($45-55k + bonus)

This is a leading financial institution in investment sector, looking for a Linux Admin, responsible for L1 and L2 support to Linux operations.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Linux servers, addressing technical issues and ensuring system uptime.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security; respond to alerts and incidents promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Linux servers.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux operating systems and applications.
Perform regular system backups, updates, and patch management to ensure security and reliability.
Document procedures, create user manuals, and maintain knowledge base articles for troubleshooting.
Participate in the on-call support rotation to provide 24/7 coverage for critical systems.
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Linux system administration, providing L1 and L2 support.
Strong understanding of Linux distributions (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) and command-line operations.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols relevant to Linux environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Chinese and English.
