IT System Engineer - 35-50k (ibank)

My client is a leading investment bank with strong and stable business in Hong Kong. They are looking for a growing system engineer with strong potential and proactivness to further develop his/her career in financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to daily IT operations on server, storage, backup, network, database and cloud
• Manage cloud infrastructure, including public and private clouds
• Provide support in formulating IT infrastructure planning, policies, standards
• Oversee system patch management, backup strategy and disaster recovery operations
• Perform change / health check as specified operation procedure
• Participate in BCP drilling

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/ Computer or equivalent
• 3-7 years working experience in system engineering and infrastructure support
• Good learning attitude, and proactive to learn and support
• Open to candidates from both commercial and financial industries, who are interested in supporting critical systems to grow their career in trading firms
• Certified in ITIL, but not necessary
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese
• Shift duty is required
