IT Infrastructure Platform Lead ($70-80k; banking)

The company is a leading financial institution with strong and stable business in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure platform projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project timelines and deliverables.
• Advocate for project needs and push stakeholders towards timely decisions.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team input and innovation.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT infrastructure
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects (server, storage, backup, cloud).
• Familiarity with Huawei Cloud preferred, other cloud platforms acceptable.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure best practices
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and drive results.
• Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English.
