IT Analyst - Well-known Retail Brand

Job description

In this role, you will manage regional infrastructure projects and collaborate with stakeholders at both regional and local level. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services across multiple locations. You will also be involved in creating and aligning technical design standard, enhancing security governance processes, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing regional infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborating with cross geographical and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates.
  • Monitoring and managing IT service delivery metrics to ensure high-quality service and performance.
  • Assisting in implementing IT service management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitating communication between technical teams and business units to resolve service issues promptly.
  • Participating in the technical design of IT solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to security standards.
  • Enhancing and documenting security governance processes to strengthen the organization's security posture.
  • Providing training and support to staff on IT service tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT service delivery, infrastructure, or a related role. Prior experience in the retail industry would be a definite advantage.
  • Good technical knowhow in network, security and Microsoft Azure.
  • Good understanding of ITIL principles, service management frameworks and security governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate efforts across various levels of the organization.
  • A good team player and a fast learner with a strong passion in new technologies development.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
