Head of Sales - HVAC Technologies

Job Responsibilities:

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy, developing key account relationship and increasing market shares and penetration to accelerate revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to shape the sales function from the ground up, identifying new market opportunities and nurturing key customer relationships.   • Develop and execute the sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand distribution channels and drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform business decisions.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • A minimal of 8 years of proven experience as a successful sales leader, preferably in the HVAC, Construction or Building Materials industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of project selling or tendering process.
  • Passionate about innovation and new technologies related to sustainability.
  • Fast learner, agile and adaptable to changes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
