Data Analytic Lead - Fast Growing Company | Power BI | 50k+

Job description

Our client is a fast-growing B2C service company and they are inviting a Data Analytic Lead to join their team in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the usage of BI solution and data system. You will provide data-driven and actionable insights to support business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management strategies to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, and reporting systems to facilitate efficient data access and analysis.
  • Select, develop, and optimize various BI tools. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing BI tools and explore new and relevant BI technologies for the business to enhance decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data, analytics, and reporting needs, and provide tailored solutions for various business needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing robust data governance practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data management and business intelligence to continuously improve processes and tools.
  • Take up ad-hoc tech projects and responsibilities as requested by management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • A minimal of 5 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, data analytics and data warehouse management.
  • Prior work experience with any B2C service industry or e-commerce will be a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and agile environment.
  • Strong business acumen with good interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong passion in growing business.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
