Data Analyst Manager (Business Intelligence) - Banking (45-55k)

Job description

My client is a reputable bank with its International Group business headquartered in Hong Kong. They are expanding their Data team with BI (business intelligence) talents.

Responsibilities


  • Report to the Team Head of Business Intelligence in a big team of ~15
  • Handle with customer data and support business requirements
  • Data projects planning and working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Support the business for customer behaviour analysis
  • Analyze and identify business opportunities / build customer segmentation to maximize business revenue
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in business banking team on project planning and execution


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • 4+ years of work experience in business intelligence / data analytics
  • Technically proficient in Python/SAS/Tableau for BI applications
  • With business intelligence analytics / database marketing knowledge and experience will be a plus
  • Prior experience in financial services industry is a must (banking/insurance/brokerage)
  • Strong communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a must
