Data Analyst

Job Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. You will work closely with our trading and investment teams to transform raw data into actionable intelligence that informs key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources
• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Excel and other tools
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data based on business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business challenges using various analytics methodologies and data-driven solutions
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management team to guide strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• A minimal of 3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced skills in formulas, VBA, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) would be an advantage.
• Strong numerical sense with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
