Brand Manager (Wines & Spirits)

Job description


  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share and increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging markets, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maximize brand impact.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. WSET qualification is required.
  • A minimal of 5 years of related work experience in brand management within the wine and spirits industry is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the wine and spirits market, including consumer preferences, industry dynamics, and key competitors.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for wine and spirits, with a deep appreciation for their cultural significance and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate brand messages to diverse audiences.
