Assistant Manager, Licensing & Partnership (Regional Role)

Job Responsibilities:

As the Licensing and Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing licensing and partnership deals to extend the reach and revenue of the company's brands. Key duties include:

• Researching and prospecting for potential licensing and partnership opportunities aligned with brand strategy
• Negotiating licensing and partnership terms to maximize benefits for the company. Lead the contractual agreement set-up, negotiation, and review process.
• Planning large scale brand activation events with partners and foster strong relationships with licensees and partners.
• Onboarding new partners and overseeing the ongoing relationship management. Monitoring performance of existing deals and identifying opportunities for renewals/expansions
• Effectively managing projects from end to end and ensure the effective implementation and execution of new licensing and partnership deals
• Managing day to day operation and reporting including budgeting and financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in licensing, partnerships and event management roles, ideally in the consumer brand industry.
• Prior exposure to APAC regional markets will be a definite benefit.
• Solid experience in reviewing and negotiating licensing agreement.
• Hands on experience in managing large-scale events and strong project management skills with the ability to drive projects to successful completion
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure mutually beneficial deals
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Organized with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Regular traveling is required.
