It is a leading Chinese investment bank with stable business performance in this fluctuating market, with its office in Central.

Responsibilities

• Provide application production support for trading business units
• Collobrate with vendors to manage production systems with system vendors to ensure trading operations
• Assist in user acceptance test and execute system deployments.
• Gather user requirements translate into technical deliverables for delivery
• Assist in project management of application development projects
• Perform health check and maintain the system stability and availability for local and global markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience in application support in Financial Services industry - non investment banking background welcome
• Experience in dealing various stakeholders with strong communication skills
• Familiar with FIX, client connectivity, and trading application support
• Fluency in Mandarin and ability to read Chinese is necessary
