Accountant, Accounts Receivable

We are partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an Accountant focusing on Accounts Receivable. This role plays a key part in strengthening AR processes, driving collection performance, and ensuring accurate financial records across multiple regions. The position suits candidates who enjoy structured reporting, cross‑team collaboration, and exposure to international operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up‑to‑date AR aging reports and support database accuracy.
  • Oversee routine collection activities and help achieve collection targets.
  • Process customer receipts, ensure proper accounting treatment, and prepare settlement documents.
  • Support AR/AP offsetting and coordinate related settlement tasks.
  • Assist with monthly intercompany reconciliations and confirmations.
  • Review overdue balances and provide input for risk or provision assessments.
  • Prepare AR‑related management reports and support internal audit requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Table and lookup functions.
  • Good communication skills in English is a MUST.
  • Experience in AR, billing, or collections is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work across different time zones.
  • Flexibility to accommodate collaboration with regional teams when required.
