As a result, many working professionals will not consider working with a startup, substantially reducing the talent pool. We believe that with the right amount of exposure and knowledge, this traditional mindset among local working professionals can be changed.

Kimberly Arth - Co-Founder, PIVOT 

Kimberly Arth is the Co-Founder of PIVOT, a recruitment firm that connects top-tier companies in search of scalable talent with high calibre women who are looking for contract and project-based work opportunities. PIVOT was established in 2016 with her Co-Founder Lauren Lin. PIVOT's curated member base includes women with secondary degrees from globally recognized universities, years of experience, achievement and leadership with international blue-chip companies and track records of success in community and social causes.

Prior to founding PIVOT, Kimberly worked in the financial sector for over 10 years at institutions including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Lazard. Kimberly was most recently at Lazard in the Private Fund Advisory Group where she was responsible for the Project Management of all U.S. based real estate private equity capital raising mandates. Prior to Lazard, Kimberly worked in the Real Estate Finance Groups at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse in New York, where she was responsible for the origination and execution of commercial mortgages. Kimberly Arth graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics.



Lauren Lin - Co-Founder, PIVOT

Lauren Lin is the Co-Founder of PIVOT, a recruitment firm that connects top-tier companies in search of scalable talent with high calibre women who are looking for contract and project-based work opportunities. PIVOT was established in 2016 with her Co-Founder Kimberly Arth. She moved to Hong Kong in 2015 from the U.S. with her husband and now three children. She has 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, public relations and marketing management. Her experience in the Hospitality sector includes tenure at the Five Star Five Diamond Wynn & Encore Resort (NYSE:WYNN) and Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE:BYD). In 2012, she joined an early stage social mobile app startup, PlayStudios, which has since grown to be a top-8 global revenue leader in its sector. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business certificate from Arizona State University. 

Justin Leung - Director, HaTCH

Justin first entered the recruitment industry in 2007 where he specialised in Sales & Marketing recruitment. Throughout the past 9 years, he has led successful teams, establish new desks as well as opening new offices. Currently, as Director of Ambition Hong Kong, he manages 3 lines of businesses - Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, and Supply Chain & Procurement. Prior to working in recruitment, he has worked in a sales and marketing capacity across different industries including car rental, sports apparel, and luxury brands.


Tracy Tam - Learning & Development Lead, Ambition

Tracy is the Learning & Development Lead at Ambition where she designs and implements practical and motivational sales training to Consultants in Ambition's HK office. She actively partners with an NGO to run and deliver holistic development programs to young students, equipping them with essential social skills and future career development skills. Tracy has over 8 years of recruiting experiences in Banking & Financial services where she successfully placed over 300 candidates to her clients. She was Ambition's Global Top Biller and was voted by her colleagues as one of the best team managers. Prior to recruiting, Tracy was a qualified accountant and worked in top-tier investment banks - Goldman Sachs and UBS. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction Honours in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.  




Alex King - Strategic Partnership Manager, HaTCH

Alex is the Strategic Partnership Manager at HaTCH powered by Ambition. He comes from a business development and technology recruitment background and is completely committed to assisting Hong Kong’s start-up ecosystem. Alex has worked with startups and MNC’s alike for over 4 years, and fully understands the pain points that they face when it comes to talent management. He is very passionate about the startup community and FinTech industry and attends multiple industry relevant events in his spare time. He holds a BA in Sports Management from the University of Winchester and is also a personal trainer.
