About the Role:
- Drive organizational productivity and profitability by harnessing WFM labor data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with store leadership and business partners to design and implement innovative payroll optimization strategies that resonate throughout the organization.
- Partner with local and APAC regional leaders to ensure our labor planning seamlessly aligns with dynamic business strategies and operational demands.
- Safeguard the integrity of WFM configurations-like offsets, labor standards, and job classifications-ensuring they meet and exceed business requirements.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping WFM informed about evolving local and regional labor, scheduling, timekeeping, and accrual regulations.
- Foster strong partnerships with local, regional, and global teams to elevate WFM initiatives and drive collective success.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies that enhance WFM engagement and adoption across the organization.
- Own the results of Global WFM KPIs across the APAC Region, ensuring we meet our ambitious goals.
- Lead, manage, and inspire the Workforce Strategy Team, driving them towards impactful results that make a difference.
About the Candidate:
- Bring 10 years of transformative experience in the retail industry, ideally within the fashion or apparel sectors.
- Possess outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills that inspire collaboration and drive results.
- Communicate effectively in English; proficiency in an Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrate experience in payroll management, retail operations, finance, or a combination of these fields.
- Show a strong background in Workforce Management systems and lead your team to achieve impeccable data accuracy and operational smoothness.
- Analyze data to uncover opportunities for improvement, guiding strategic decision-making.
- Create clear and concise materials and documentation for organizational use, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
- Bring strong analytical, conceptual, and technical skills, skilled in tools like Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity.
