VP, Senior PM - Private Banking

Our client is an established global player with growth plans for their private wealth management segment in Asia. With this strategy, my client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their regional transformation team.

Reporting to the Head of Wealth Transformation, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of multiple business initiatives related to revamping and other operational process enhancements across their private banking business. You will be hands-on in terms of project delivery and at the same be able to lead small teams to ensure timelines and project milestones are reached. This requires a strong forward thinker and problem solver with excellent private banking industry experience. You will manage different stakeholders locally and regionally.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree with ideally PMP or Green Belt Certification
• 10- 15 years' relevant Operations project management / Business Transformation experience in sizeable financial institutions
• Private banking industry knowledge and experience sis a MUST
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills at all levels in a matrix organisation
• Candidates must already be based in Hong Kong or Singapore
