VP, Segment Management, Retail Banking

Job description

Our client is a top tier banking group with a stable and diversified portfolio, with businesses in Retail, Corporate, and Private Banking. With their continuous growth, they are now seeking a high-caliber affluent segment management candidate to join their retail banking business.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be creating and implementing different strategies to help drive customer growth and engagement. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to provide the best client experience and products for customers to enhance their stickiness with the bank. You will work with different partners and agencies on marketing strategies to attract and retain different customers. You will also be working closely with different sales channels and departments to enhance their sales performance by formulating and developing different strategies for them.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in segment management in the retail banking industry
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Chinese
