Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Retail, Corporate and Private banking. With their continuous growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre segment/ business analytics professional to join their retail banking business.
Reporting to the Business Head, you will be lead the 2 sub teams to formulate segment strategies acquire and upgrade quality customers fr targeted segment and drive data analytics to support on segment targeting. You will work closely with business team on enhancing customer analytics capabilities to better understand on customer behavior, uplift customer experience and create customer values. You will work with various internal stakeholders to ensure the best competitive products are marketed to relevant customers. You will work closely with different sales channels, especially online channel, and formulate and develop marketing strategies and plans for them to enhance their sales performance.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- University degree in related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years' experience in segment management /product management / business analytics / business management/ CRM for retail banking business
- Strong analytical, negotiations and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Chinese
