VP - Risk Control and Compliance

Job description


  • Establish and maintain controls to ensure daily operations are in full compliance with all Bank policies and procedures
  • Conduct periodical assessment exercise, control self-assessment and department health check to mitigate risk, fulfil audit and regulatory requirement
  • Promote risk and control awareness within Digital and support staff compliance training in collaboration with subject matter experts, e.g. Compliance and L&D
  • Support regular assessment including RCSA, ICA, BCP exercises
  • Handle internal/external audit review


  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Economic or Finance
  • 7-10 years working experience in banking field or financial industry
  • Sound banking operations, internal control and compliance knowledge
  • Details conscious with good analytical reasoningSelf-motivated, ability to work independently, with strong problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in spoken/ written skills in both English and Chinese
