VP, Regulatory Compliance (Global Markets)

Our client, a leading investment banking group, is looking for a VP, Regulatory Compliance to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Support regulatory requests and manage the bank's relationship with HK regulators

Support regulatory requests and assist bank initiatives

Carry out key risk risk areas for banks and work with regional/global teams to implement policies/procedures

Familiar with licensing, registration and cross border regulations

Requirements:

Knowledge of banking and securities regulations relating to investment banking

Experience in dealing with HK regulators

Detail oriented and solid communication skills

Good knowledge of HK licensing
